WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
1 ITEM! You can order in multiples of 1 with no surcharge on any item. We keep the pricing simple without discount structures, to make it far easier to order.
WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
3-4 WEEKS. We offer the fastest standard lead time in the industry. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, these lead times may vary.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
FREE! For all individual member orders over $150. The delivery charge is $10 per member order under $150. Please contact us to discuss your requirements especially, if your order is urgent.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DESIGN ARTWORK OR CHANGES?
NO. We don't charge for design, artwork setup or design changes.
CAN YOU DESIGN OUR KIT?
YES! We can design or replicate your current kit... FOR FREE!
CAN MEMBERS PAY INDIVIDUALLY FOR THEIR ORDERS?
YES! We can set up a club shop free of charge, where members can order and pay.
WHERE WILL THE KIT BE DELIVERED?
We have two ways to get your kit to you and your team:
1. Deliver the whole order to Cheeky Velosport, Randwick (for free) and you can pick it up or,
2. We will deliver your kit personally to your address, for $15 per member.

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I RETURN?
NO. Unfortunately custom clothing is made to order, so please make sure you have ordered the right size. If you have ordered incorrectly we advise you try selling the item within your club or team.
I SIGNED OFF THE ARTWORK AND HAVE NOW SPOTTED A MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE?
YES. If the order hasn't been placed.
NO. If the order has been placed and is in production.
We advise that you get at least 2 people within your club or team to check the artwork. Mistakes happen and it is the responsibility of the team, club or individual to confirm and sign off the artwork as being 100% correct.
