APEX accepts all major debit and credit card payments.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has gone into production. You may pay by bank transfer or card.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of APEX products are correct. The colours shown on designs are a very close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
QUALITY OF PRODUCTS:
APEX is committed to product excellence and we stand behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please don't hesitate to contact us.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
Your APEX garment comes with a one year manufacturing defect warranty. APEX reserve the right to repair the garment, or if the garment cannot be repaired, they will remake the garment. Refunds will not be given. APEX reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review.
Once the order has been placed and paid for, customers cannot cancel or refuse delivery.
Once artwork has begun, any artwork deposit paid will not be refunded.
SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY:
We ship with either Australia Post overland or by air DHL / TNT. We deliver directly from our production facility to your address. You must supply us with a correct address and contact details for the delivery courier. We do not accept responsibility for any goods lost or delayed in transit. We will however do everything we can to make sure you get your goods on time.
Please note, that due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, our delivery times may vary. APEX uses various companies to freight your order. We have no control over them or their ability to deliver in a timely manner. Once your order has left our factory we can no longer control the delivery date and delays may be experienced by any courier for various reasons. APEX are not responsible for lost damaged or delayed orders.
